SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Handling charges are based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. Special promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges, however handling charges may still apply.

How will you know if/when your order is out for delivery?

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email stating your order information. Once your order is processed and ready to be delivered you will receive an additional email stating shipping information. 

Will I have to pay the shipping fee on the items I wish to return?

Yes, all customers are completely responsible for shipping fees on all return items. Darrell's Nile Lynx will not be responsible if the return items fail to reach our location due to address error caused by our customers. Therefore, please make sure you send return items to the proper address.   

Note:

Darrell's Nile Lynx is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages once USPS, UPS, or DHL etc. marked your package as delivered. Upon completing/submitting your order with Darrell's Nile Lynx, you are agreeing that you have read and understand our full shipping/delivery policy. 

 

 **Please triple check your shipping address before completing every order; Darrell's Nile Lynx will not be responsible for incorrect address, therefore there will be no refunds under these circumstances.
