EXCHANGE

Exchanges (Instructions)

  • Please email us at darrells.nilelynx@yahoo.com  within 24 hours providing your Order # and Item(s). 
  • Please allow 24-48 Business Hours for a response about your exchange, darrellsnilelynx.com reserves the right to reject any exchange request if we deem the item is not exchangeable.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, instructions will be sent on how to return the merchandise back to us for inspection. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • After we have received and approved your item, we will ship out a replacement. The replacement item will be the same style and requested size of the garment. No exceptions will be made.
  •  You will receive an email with your exchange I.D. number once your exchange has been authorized.

 All items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that does not meet our exchange requirements will be refused and return back to the sender.

 

*Please Note: Items must be exchanged in new, unworn, unwashed, unused condition with disclaimer hang tag attached. Any item that is damaged, soiled, has smoke/perfume or any other odors on the garment or does not have the hang tag attached will not be accepted.

 

RETURNS

While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your order, we do understand that some things don't work out. Darrell's Nile Lynx will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the continental U.S only. We cannot process returns from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or International Orders.

To start your return, please send an email to darrells.nilelynx@yahoo.com. Please be sure to include your order number and the item(s) number that you would like to return. A pre-paid label will be emailed to you within 48 hours. 

When your package is received to the warehouse, we will process your refund less the shipping cost. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE.

Undergarments such as Body Suits etc. are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.
